Protect your revenue before the denial arrives.

MTMS Consulting helps behavioral health and healthcare organizations strengthen documentation, compliance, and revenue cycle operations — resolving the root causes of denials instead of chasing claims after the fact.

MTMS also supports

MTMS also works directly in payer review and denial & appeal — many billing firms only step in once a claim is already denied. Our emphasis upstream, in documentation and operations, means fewer claims ever reach that point.

Leadership

Talin Sislyan, CADC II

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

MTMS Consulting was founded by Talin Sislyan, a healthcare executive with extensive director- and executive-level leadership across behavioral healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, utilization review, compliance, and organizational development.

Her work spans direct oversight of medical billing operations, clinical documentation improvement, payer relations, accreditation readiness, and quality improvement — inside the organizations facing these challenges, not observing from the outside.

As a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II, she brings a rare combination: clinical understanding of medical necessity paired with executive command of reimbursement operations. She has worked extensively with the California Department of Health Care Services and The Joint Commission, and routinely engages utilization review departments, payer audit teams, and Special Investigations Units at major national carriers.

That payer-side fluency means MTMS can anticipate what auditors look for — and fix documentation gaps before they become financial losses.

Having worked inside these situations herself, she leads MTMS with a simple promise: we've been down this road before, and we know how to work through whatever your organization is facing.
